Walton-based flat-water kayaker Tim Brabants booked his ticket to the Beijing Olympics by winning the K1 1000m event at Holme Pierrepoint, Nottingham, last weekend.
Brabants, 31, who won the bronze medal over a kilometre in Sydney eight years ago, also took the 500m title.
