Adventurous folk turned out to enjoy Orpington's eighth naked ale and jazz.

The annual Jazz and Real Ale Festival took place at the Naturist Foundation, near Star Lane, and was described as a 'great success' by organisers.

Needless to say the theme was bare is beautiful, and festival goers stripped off to their birthday suits in the good weather.

MORE TOP STORIES Numerous jazz acts graced the stage, including headliner '100 Years of Jazz in 99 minutes', alongside Art Themen, John Etheridge, Karen Sharp and Andy Dickens.

The four day event, held at the end of last month, showcased 20 real ales, five real ciders and one real perry.

Jerry Turner, member of the Naturist Foundation, said: "The usual umbrella parade through the grounds to the music of the Dixie Strollers on the Saturday afternoon was popular as were the side stalls.

"Feedback from non members was the best ever and already bookings for next year have been made."

Attendees got to enjoy a heated covered pool, outdoor gym, and sauna.

A no-clothes policy was not mandatory except for in the pool.
