An arts graduate has created a fashion collection for the world's smallest catwalk.

Christina Ruby Walton, who studies fashion at the University of the Creative Arts (UCA) in Epsom, created the miniature clothes for Bandai's arts and crafts range.

Ms Walton, 22, of Somerset, spent two weeks redesigning River Island's 2012 Chelsea Girl with their fashion team.

Ten outfits were made to fit 21cm high and 4cm wide mannequins - an eighth of the size of a catwalk model.

Ms Walton said: "The project was really great fun to be involved in and I'm proud and excited to be able to put the world's smallest catwalk on my CV.

"The Chelsea Girl team were great to work with and I strived to recreate the designs with as much detail and accuracy as possible in order to reflect their brand in the best possible way.

"It was really satisfying to see the garments on the tiny catwalk up against the full-size Chelsea Girl garments at the launch party and I’m really pleased with how they turned out."
