A councillor is worried a train line which goes through areas of Harrow and Brent may be diverted away from Euston.
London Overground trains currently take passengers from stations across the two boroughs into the central London station.
But Councillor Daniel Brown said the service was recently diverted to Stratford instead and he is now concerned permanent changes may be made to the line.
He said: “I have asked Liberal Democrat London Assembly member Caroline Pidgeon to raise this issue with Boris Johnson as a matter of urgency, as any changes of this nature will have an impact on residents right across Brent and will need a full and proper consultation.”
Cllr Brown, who is responsible for highways and transport at the council, has asked for residents’ views on the subject.
