THE St Albans schoolgirl who went missing last Wednesday has been found alive and well in a west London park.

Hannah Rodrigues, 15, was found in a park in Hammersmith this morning and is now in the care of police in London.

She will shortly be collected by Hertfordshire police and then be reunited with her family later today.

Hannah contacted a friend on Wednesday evening to say she was "alright".

She was then spotted in Fulham, in west London, at the weekend.

At the weekend, Hannah's mother Fiona pleaded for her to phone home.

"Hannah, we love you and want you to come home," she said.

"We just want to know that you're all right. Please contact us to let us know."

Hannah is a pupil at Loreto College in Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans.

Loreto headteacher Maire Lynch said last week: "We are all very concerned for Hannah's safety and we are praying for her safe return.

"I have spoken to the girls about the importance of finding Hannah quickly and have encouraged them to share any information they may have with the police.

"Hannah was in our thoughts this morning at our end of year mass and our prayers are with her family at this difficult time."
