A NEW tour of London featuring the capital's best loved and most well known film locations has been unveiled.

The front door of Hugh Grant's Notting Hill home, Harry Potter's mystical platform nine and three-quarters and the cafe frequented by London Mods in Quadrophenia are featured in the new trip.

An on-line guide has been produced to help people find the locations which are spread across the city.

The new tour and another guide to which underground stations star spotters are most likely to bump into celebrities have been produced as part of the London Film Festival.

Elizabeth Norris of London Underground commented: "The festival is one of the highlights of the year for movie lovers in the capital.

"We hope that the results from our poll will encourage people to make the most of their city and explore all the world famous movie icons the capital has on offer."
