A worldly-wise centurion who celebrated his 101st birthday yesterday has vowed to continue offering his pearls of wisdom to a lads' mag's readers.
Eric Woodward was chosen last year by FHM magazine to solve readers' problems along with three other elderly agony uncles.
At his ripe old age Eric should be putting his feet up, but he has promised to keep on dishing out advice.
And with more than a century of knowledge Eric insists this won't be anytime soon - he has lots more guidance to give.
When asked how he remains fighting fit he said: "You need to eat proper food and avoid alcohol and do some exercise.
"Anything to do with health I take seriously - that's how I managed it.

"I always avoided alcohol. I used to smoke when I was younger but I gave it up aged 60 - I felt all the better for it."
To mark his extraordinary milestone birthday staff at the St Matthews Care Home in Redbourn, where he is now a resident, organised a party complete with balloons, games and a birthday cake.
