A man has been remanded in custody accused with shooting two men in a Southall nightclub six years ago.
Shakah Anderson, 27, of Bristol, appeared at Ealing Magistrates Court yesterday accused of the murders of 19-year-old Mohamed Korneh and Selorm Gbesemete, 21.
Both men were gunned down in the Tudor Rose nightclub, in The Green, in December 2002, where they were attending a night organised as a protest against the growing gun culture in London clubs.
Father-to-be Mr Gbesemete, of Stonebridge Park, Wembley, was found collapsed in an alleyway next to the club, and died at the scene, while Mr Komeh, from Croydon, was shot inside the club and died in Ealing Hospital.
Mr Anderson is due to appear at the Old Bailey on August 6.
