Sex attacker e-fit released

OFFICERS hope this computer image will help them catch a sex attacker who struck in south-east London.

Detectives from Lewisham Police's Sapphire Unit are hunting a youth who assaulted a 27-year-old woman in Sydenham on October 21.

The assault took place at approximately 11am near the Londis shop in Kirkdale, near to the junction of Dartmouth Road.

The suspect was aged about 15-years-old and was wearing a white hooded top and grey tracksuit bottoms.

He is described as black, 5ft 5in, thin build with a round face and with an Afro hairstyle.

The computer image of the youth was produced by police with the help of the victim.
