Post Office closures confirmed in Ealing and Harrow
The Post Office has confirmed the closure of 14 branches across Ealing and Harrow.
In Harrow, the condemned branches are in Headstone Gardens, Headstone, Headstone Road, Harrow, Pinner Green, Pinner, High Street, Harrow-on-the-Hill, Roe Green, Kingsbury, East Lane, Wembley, and Chandos Crescent, Edgware.
In Ealing, Post Office Ltd has confirmed seven of the eight branches scheduled for closure would be shutting, some as early as next month.
Only the Bolo Bridge Road branch has been saved for further consideration.
The move comes as a blow for many elderly residents and small businesses who now face long treks to their nearest branches, and longer queues in these offices.
