HPH Commercial Property has recently completed a letting on one of the few Grade II listed office properties in Swindon.

The deal for is for 3,800 sq. ft. of space in Churchward House which sits in close proximity to the Swindon Outlet Village, within walking distance of the railway station and provides easy access to junction 16 of the M4.

Capita Secure Information Systems Ltd, which acquired previous tenant Intelligent Time Systems Ltd, in 2015, has signed a 10-year deal on the ground floor of the property. The rent equates to £17 per square foot, a new high for the Churchward Estate further reinforcing its rising popularity amongst occupiers.

HPH has invested heavily in the building since its acquisition in 2006, installing energy saving measures such as advanced heating control and monitoring, power optimisation and energy efficient lighting to provide a high quality and efficient working environment whilst maximising the period charm and industrial heritage of the building.

HPH were advised by James Gregory from Alder King, who considers it as one of Swindon’s prime office buildings in a highly sought after location.
