A life-size fibreglass cow took a trip on the Tube this morning to promote awareness of international development charity, Send a Cow.
The charity is offering the cow as a competition prize - just suggest a name for the animal and it could be gracing your back garden, school playground, allotment or community centre...
Ugandan farmer Peter Bulukaake was chosen to take the cow across London on the Tube to launch the competition. Peter’s life was transformed when his mother received one of the first cows given by the charity 25 years ago.
