DEMAND for property in the Uxbridge area continues to rise, which has led to a boost in prices.

Latest figures show an average of 53 buyers for each property on the books of haart estate agency in the High Street.

Subsequently, the average price of property sold by the branch has increased by 3.93% to £314,400 over the last quarter.

haart’s Hillingdon branch in Hercies Road has, on average, 43 buyers for every property on the books.

This demand has led to a 4.44% increase in the average price of a terraced property sold by the branch compared to last quarter.

According to haart’s Property Index, the average price of semi -detached property sold through its 13 branches in Middlesex – including Ealing, Greenford, Harrow, Hayes, Hillingdon, Ruislip and Uxbridge – was £474,500, an increase of 11.16% over the last quarter.
