A man was stabbed at a 16th birthday party in Hither Green which saw a pack of around 50 youths roaming the streets.
Police were called to a house in St Swithuns Road, Hither Green, around 11pm on Saturday (May 30).
They found a 23-year-old man suffering from stab wounds to his side.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service (LAS) confirmed they sent an ambulance and took one man with stab wounds to hospital as a priority.
He has since been discharged.
A group of around 50 people continued to 'loiter' in the area and caused disorder.
Lewisham officers, supported by the dog and air support unit, dispersed the group.
Four teenagers were arrested for a public order offence.
A 17-year-old male and two 16-year-old males have been bailed until a date in July pending further enquiries.
A 16-year-old girl was cautioned for assault on police.
