A community terrorised by Walton tenants get a three-month respite period to recover following a closure order.
Surrey Police and Elmbridge Council successful obtained the order on 176 Terrace Road, due to persistent nuisance caused by the tenants, their friends and family.
The house is now boarded up with notices informing the public it was closed to protect the area from more antisocial acts.
PC Carl Aplin and PC Dominic Elvy from Elmbridge Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "This is a great outcome for the residents of Terrace Road who suffered at the hands of the tenants of number 176.
