Brave volunteers abseiled from the tallest sculpture in the United Kingdom for charity.
Special teaching assistant Jasmine Djiabouras was one of a number of people who descended from the imposing ArcelorMittal Orbit sculpture in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park this week.
The daring descent was to raise money for Action For Kids in Tottenham Lane, Hornsey, which works with 14 to 19 year-olds with disabilities to help them get the most from their schooling and ensure their voices are heard.
Jasmine, 23, of Denmark Road, Harringay, managed to raise £600 for the charity.
She said: "I was so excited to be able to raise money. I am passionate about the charity as I have a cousin who is autistic and being a volunteer at Action For Kids, I see where the money goes.
“I've never done anything like this before and I was actually quite scared I wouldn't be able to do it.
"I knew I had to do it, especially when I saw how much money I had raised. I couldn't back out.”
