On Thursday, March 12, Arkadiusz Szarkowski, 42, of Abbs Cross Gardens, Hornchurch, was charged with joint enterprise murder.
He was remanded in custody on March 13 and is due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on September 2.
Detective chief inspector Joanne Walker, who is leading the operation, said: “This complex investigation has continued to be a focus for the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit since October 2014.
“It is still very much a live investigation and we would like to hear from anyone who may have information in relation to our enquiries.”
Police are still trying to track down a white gold Rolex Submariner which went missing from Mr Papadopoulos’s house at the time of his death. It has a blue face and a serial number of V428230.
Milton’s family previously released the following statement: “We remain devastated at the loss of our beloved son, who was a gentle, kind and generous man, but we truly appreciate the hard work and on-going support from the police.
“We would ask that our wish to be left alone at this difficult time is continued to be respected.”
