A chef at Holiday Inn in Bexley told a mother he wanted to have sex with her during a campaign of abuse against her and her daughter, the Old Bailey heard.

Keita Abdorahmane, 42, of Sydenham Hill, Forest Hill, allegedly cornered the woman and grabbed her breasts after a late-night party at the three-star hotel in Southwold Road, Bexley.

The chef allegedly wrapped his arms around her and groped her bottom, while pestering her for sex.

When the woman told him to stop, Abdorahmane instead tried to persuade her to join him for drinks in his living quarters at the Holiday Inn, the court heard.

She claims Abdorahmane groped her bottom again when they bumped into each other at the hotel.

But it was not until Abdorahmane allegedly attacked her daughter at the same hotel that she reported the assault to police, the court was told.

The chef is accused of pouncing on the daughter as she got dressed in the changing room, a year after he is accused of attacking her mother.

The mother, giving evidence from behind a screen, said Abdorahmane attacked her at around 11pm in late April 2013.

She said: "He came towards me and I felt his breathing like he was trying to smell me.

"He said ‘why don't you come upstairs and have a drink with me?’.

"He put his arm around me, I don't know how but I turned around and he then groped me again."

She said she told Abdorahmane to stop and put her arms up to block him, but he continued to try to grab her.

She told the court: "He then put his hands on my breasts and really tightly started kissing my neck, telling me he wanted me.

"I said I didn't want this and to stop, but then I think we heard a noise - I think it might have been a guest or the night staff coming in - and he let go.”

She said she had told Abdorahmane to "f*** off" during the alleged assault, but he had instead insisted he would "f*** me like a black man would".

She added: "That was when he put his arms on my chest."

The woman said Abdorahmane groped her several more times, but it was not until May 2014 that she reported it to police.

She said she was prompted when her daughter claimed Abdorahmane had also attacked her, on May 9 last year.

She said: "She said 'he pulled me into the women's changing rooms'.

"I thought if I reported what happened to me, it would help."

Abdorahmane denied assaulting the two women, but admits touching the mother's bottom on one occasion in June 2013.

When he was reported to his boss, Abdorahmane sent the woman a text saying: "It was raised to my knowledge my playing attitude has made you angry and at the same time scared.

"I do sincerely apologise for all the wrong impression I left you."

Abdorahmane denies two counts of sexual assault.

The trial continues.
