A man has been arrested in connection with a dog attack.
The attack left a 30-year-old woman with “life-changing” injuries after she was bitten by two German shepherds at a property in Great Amwell on October 8.
The man, a 41-year-old from Edgware, was arrested yesterday at Hoddesdon Police Station, and is being questioned on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and offences under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
