A man has been arrested for drunken behaviour in Kingston this afternoon.
Police were called to Fairfield South at about 4pm, close to the Cricketers pub.
Several passersby reported seeing a man handcuffed and lying on the floor, with two police cars and an ambulance present.
A Kingston police spokesman said the man had been arrested for being drunk and disorderly.
A Cricketers staff member said the incident had nothing to do with the pub.
