A 21-year-old, arrested during a far-right rally at the UK Border Agency headquarters in Croydon on Saturday, has been charged by police.
Ian McDonald, of Wimbledon, was one of two men arrested when English Volunteer Force (EVF) supporters faced off against anti-fascist campaigners outside Lunar House in Wellesley Road.
Mr McDonald, of Bisley House in Wimbledon Park Side, has been charged with affray, common assault and possession of Class B drugs.
The other man, a 23-year-old, was arrested for breach of peace but released on Saturday with no charge. No futher action will be taken against him.

Superintendent Rob Atkin, the deputy borough commander for Croydon, said the rallies had largely passed peacefully.
He said: "Locally the demonstration was policed well and there was minimal trouble and disruption.
"Police and the local authority undertook a significant amount of community engagement with the local community before and during the protest.
"Feedback from the community in respect of how the protest was policed including communication and engagement with residents has been overwhelmingly positive."
Around 40 EVF supporters and over 100 anti-fascism and trade unionists attended the rallies.
