POLICE have renewed their appeal for help in catching two people who attacked a man in a park.

The men hit the victim over the head with a pole-like object and took his wallet and mobile phone while he was in the children's play area, Betts Park, Penge.

They are black males aged in their late teens to early 20s.

One of them was about 6ft tall, had dark skin and was wearing dark clothing with a hood up.

The second had a lighter skin tone, some facial hair and was about 5ft 5in tall.

He was also wearing dark clothing and a brown New Era logo hat.
