The children of Slade Green Primary School welcomed some Very Important Guests to their school on Wednesday 13th May.
The Mayor and Mayoress, were joined by David Evennett MP for Bexleyheath & Crayford and North End Councillors Stef Borella, Alan Deadman and Brenda Langstead for the official opening of the school’s brand new, state of the art library.
After a performance from the school’s signing choir, members of the school council watched as the ribbon was cut before showing their special guests around.
