People are invited to have a say on the proposed development of the Richmond College site.

A planning application for the Richmond Education and Enterprise Campus (Reec) will be submitted at the end of February.

Reec is a joint project proposed by Richmond College, Haymarket, Harlequins FC and Richmond Council and the site would include new college buildings, a new secondary school, purpose-built accommodation for Clarendon Special Needs School and Haymarket’s new tech hub.

Robin Ghurbhurun, principal of Richmond College, said: "I am delighted that we are now reaching the final stage of consultation before submitting outline planning application."

Lord True, leader of the council, added: "As a partnership we are committed to working with local residents and we aim to consult and engage at every step."

The consultation is available at reec.org.uk or to see the proposals and discuss with representatives from the partnership, there will be drop-in sessions at the college.

These will be held between 5pm and 8pm on January 20 and 21.

The deadline for all feedback is January 30.
