WALTHAMSTOW: Man arrested in police anti-terrorism raid
A man has been arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences after a police raid on a house in Walthamstow.
Two other men were also arrested as part of the operation at properties in Bethnal Green and Whietchapel at 7am yesterday morning (Wednesday).
The men are all thought to be in their mid-20s.
A Met spokesman said the men were being held in a central London police station on suspicion of "the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism."
It is understood the three are the same men who were detained under the Terrorism Act as they entered the country on April 8. They were released the following morning.
