Police release CCTV of men wanted in connection with Ricardo Cox drive-by shooting Police release CCTV of men wanted in connection with Ricardo Cox drive-by shooting

New images of four men believed to be connected to the murder of Ricardo Cox have been released.

The first CCTV image shows a man at a McDonald’s takeaway in Streatham on November 25.

The other stills are of four men at Mayday Hospital on October 30.

The men arrived in a black Honda Civic Hybrid and followed a cash-in-transit guard as he walked into the hospital, but they changed their minds and ran back to the car.

Detective Chief Inspector Damian Allain, who is leading the investigation, said: “The images released show a number of men our enquires have linked to the car used in the murder of Ricardo Cox. It is vital that we identify who they are.

“It may be that they have nothing to do with the murder of Ricardo, but they will certainly know others who had access to the car.

“If that is the case they should put aside any misguided loyalty to help Ricardo’s family get justice.”

Ricardo Cox, 20, of Mitcham Road, was gunned down in a drive-by shooting after allegedly being mistaken for a gang member on November 26.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 020 8721 4805 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
