Three men have come forward after a public appeal in relation to the assault of two brothers on a train near Lewisham.
The men attended a London police station on Saturday (July 18) and were interviewed under caution.
A 32-year-old man, from Eltham, and a 25-year-old man, from Orpington, were reported for process for assault.
No further action is being taken against the third man.
Detectives are still appealing for the public’s help identifying one remaining man, out of the images of four men released with the original appeal.
Police still want to speak to this man
Detective Sergeant Helen Parsfield, of British Transport Police (BTP), said: "I would like to thank the members of the public who have so far come forward with valuable information.
"However we are still appealing for assistance identifying one man.
"If you know who he is, please get in touch."
The assault occurred late on Saturday May 30, on board the 11.22pm Charing Cross to Sidcup service and left a 46-year-old man requiring hospital treatment for lacerations to his face.
His brother – aged 51 – received minor injuries.
