A 26-year-old man is in a serious condition after being stabbed in Dalston, east Lindon.
Police were called at 5.15am today to reports of a man suffering stab injuries in Kingsland High Street, near the junction with Dalston Lane.
London Ambulance Service also attended and the victim was taken to an east London hospital.
Police said the man was initially in a critical condition. This has been updated to a serious but stable condition.
Officers from Hackney are investigating and there have been no arrests.
