I witnessed the whole event. I was driving behind the Renault Clio. An unmarked Police car was pursuing the Insignia when it smashed into the Clio outside the Kings Head. The driver got out the passenger side and ran off. The police officers gave chase and appended the driver further up the road. All very dramatic

NS Editor: Look forward to the report of what action. if any, is taken against the driver of the Insignia.
£200 fine perhaps, or will the CPS drop the case for lack of evidence?

Imagine if someone was on the crossing & he/she hadn't hit the Clio

As I recall, just around the corner (going towards Sidcup) there's a pedestrian crossing Imagine if someone was on the crossing & he/she hadn't hit the Clio
