Crystal Palace starlet Wilfried Zaha has been called up to the England U-21 squad.

The exciting winger has been named in the squad to take on Serbia in the Euro 2013 play-offs. The first leg takes place in Norwich, on Friday 12 October.

Zaha, 19, was involved in Stuart Pearce's last squad when they took on Azerbaijan and Norway during the last international break.

The acadamy graduate has played a vital role in Palace's recent form, with a string of impressive performances which has seen Dougie Freedman's side win five out of their last six games. The Eagles now sit in sixth place.

He scored two wonderful goals on Tuesday night as Crystal Palace beat Wolves 2-1 at Molineux, depsite going a goal down.

Crystal Palace take on Burnley this Saturday at Selhurst Park. It is the club's first family day of the season, with child tickets only £1 with a full paying adult.
