Man, 90, dies after being hit by car in Dartford
A 90-YEAR-OLD man has died after being hit by a car in Dartford yesterday morning (September 19).
Officers were called to the collision in Watling Street at 7.40am after a pedestrian, aged 90, suffered severe injuries after being hit by a green Ford Fiesta.
He was taken to Darent Valley Hospital but later died of his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle involved is helping officers with their enquiries.
No arrests have been made.
The road was closed to allow emergency services to attend and was reopened at around 10.20am.
