Runners of all abilities are now being accepted for the Kingston Run Challenge, a new-look running festival set to storm Kingston later this year.
The poplar running event, previously known as RunKingston, has evolved with the addition of 24-mile races to the already established eight and 16 mile routes.
There will also be a challenge relay, where teams of three runners can each clock up eight miles to complete a 24-mile course in the quickest possible time.
All the races will start and finish in the town’s historic Market Place and will follow a scenic route that takes place in the banks of the Thames, Hampton Court Palace, the centre of Kingston
itself and some of the most famous sights in the royal Borough.
Participants will receive a Kingston Run Challenge medal engraved with the distance achieved on the day.
Deadline for all entries is Monday, October 8, at 9pm. The race takes place on October 14.
