A MISSING teenager’s mother is fearing the worst as there have been no sightings of her daughter since she ran away from home a week ago.

Antonia Daley slipped out of her house in Arcus Road, Downham, at about 8.15am last Tuesday (August 21) after telling her mum she was going to put some rubbish out.

Her mother Kerry Dugmore thought she would return the same day and so waited until after her daughter's curfew time of 8.15pm to report her missing.

Since then she has put posters up and started a Facebook group which has around 660 followers but there have been no definite sightings of her 15-year-old girl.

She thinks Antonia might have run off with her 19-year-old boyfriend who initially said he had not seen her and now is not answering his phone.

Ms Dugmore said: “I saw a text message on her phone the night before she went missing and they were messaging to have a meet up in the morning.

“I obviously do not agree with their relationship and so in the morning I said ‘you’re grounded today and I will have your phone’.

“But she obviously thought I have planned to meet him and that's what I'm going to do and she took an opportunity and went out the door.

“She has never run away before.”

The 35-year-old added: “Anything could have happened to her.

“I have had no contact or sightings from the posters.

“She has never stayed away from home for a night before without me knowing where she is.

"I just want her to come home, everybody misses her and loves her very much.

"We just need to know she's okay."

Ms Dugmore says her six-year-old son Ethan has taken to sleeping in her bed since his sister’s disappearance.

She said: “He is really confused and every time someone knocks on the door he jumps up and says ‘It’s Toni, Toni’s here.’

“He just wants to sleep in her bed and he says ‘Toni has been gone a long time now and you should tell her to come home’.”

When Antonia went missing she was wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.

She is 5ft 2in tall, slim, with blue eyes and thick brown wavy hair.
