Are these the shortest double yellow lines ever? Are these the shortest double yellow lines ever?

DO you know the location of these double yellow lines?

Thought to be in Beckenham, the image has been shared on Twitter throughout the week.

The lines appear to be between two parking bays and could be part of the newly extended Clock House controlled parking zone.

Looks like they are designed to stop smug Smart Car drivers from 'parking' their toy cars end-on.
