DETECTIVES are sending a warning to anyone who bought tickets for the Olympics or Paralympic Games from an online company called Euroteam.
Officers from the Met’s Operation Podium say anyone who has done this may be a victim of crime and may not receive their tickets.
The websites where there may be a problem are euroteam.net, tixnet.com, olympicticket.info, euroteam.info, euroteamtickets.com, 2012tickets.org, londonsummergames.net, londonsummergames.org, euroteam.travel, worldticketservice.net And anyone who has bought tickets from them is advised to contact the company you tried to buy them from and contact your bank or credit card company.
Detective Superintendent Nick Downing, from Operation Podium, said: "Please check carefully if you have bought tickets from any of these websites, I am seriously concerned that anyone who has bought Olympic or Paralympic tickets will now not receive them.”
