Larry Lamb, Nathaniel Parker and 3,000 others will march from Chelsea to Sutton today.

Right Said Fred singer Richard Fairbrass and journalist Nicholas Owen will also take part in the sponsored walk, in aid of the Royal Marsden Cancer charity.

The 14-mile walk will begin at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea and meet five-mile walkers en route at the King George Playing Fields, in Raynes Park.

The walkers will be greeted with a celebration party at the finish line at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton.

There will be live music, food and children’s entertainment provided.

Every pound donated will help to provide care and treatment for people affected by cancer.

Amanda Heaton, community fundraising and development manager at the Royal Marsden, said: “We are counting down the days until our second Marsden March.

“We had so much fun last year and everyone who took part in the 14 and five-mile walk experienced a real sense of achievement when they reached the finish line and were presented with their medal.”
