A SUPERMARKET has raised £119 for charity with help from Sesame Street’s Elmo.
Staff at Asda, in Crossways Boulevard, Greenhithe, collected the money through a week-long raffle for Tommy’s.
The charity funds medical research into miscarriages, stillbirths and premature births and provides information on having a healthy pregnancy.
Raffle prizes included two family tickets to watch Sesame Street Live: Elmo Makes Music at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford.
Theatre director, Andy Hill, said: “Today’s Sesame Street is brought to you with the letter c...c for charity.
"We had a lovely time helping to raise the profile of Tommy’s charity and we are proud to know that the money raised through this raffle will help lots of children in the future.”
