Three evacuated as firefighters tackle chemical incident at motorbike shop
THREE people were evacuated from their home while 25 firefighters dealt with a chemical incident at a motorbike shop in Orpington.
Six London Fire Brigade was called to BP Bikes in the High Street at about 12.15am this morning (January 29) after reports of a smell of petrol.
They found some fuel had leaked from one of the motorbikes in the shop.
The crews from Orpington, Sidcup and Lewisham were at the scene for around two hours.
