Amp Fiddler's smooth soul is slickly produced and sung in silken tones, but something is lacking.
The collection is quite eclectic, with tracks including funk, motown and hip hop references, jazz breaks and old school synths.
A good thing, too - without the stylistic variation, Amp Fiddler's substandard songwriting could easily send the listener to sleep.
