Man charged with New Year's Eve car park rape
A man from Surbiton has been charged with raping a girl in a car park on New Year's Eve.
Soki Macenda, 30, of Simons Court, Lovelace Road, appeared at Kingston Magistrates' Court on Friday facing the accusation.
The alleged attack, on a 17-year-old girl, took place in the Bittoms, Kingston, on December 31, 2010.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Kingston Crown Court on March 10.
