A schoolboy broke his arm in two places after being flung off a roundabout pushed by another child’s parents.
Ten-year-old Scott Ringrose was playing on a roundabout at the Braintree Discovery Centre, Great Notley, when the accident happened.
After landing on his head, he was taken to Broomfield Hospital by ambulance, and was found to have broken both bones in his left arm.
A spokesperson for Essex County Council said: “Following this accident, an investigation of the equipment was carried out, it showed that the roundabout was not faulty.
“It appears that this was an unfortunate accident.”
