A 79-YEAR-OLD woman and her 58-year-old daughter's cries for help were ignored when they were attacked and robbed outside their Woodford Green home.
After a day trip to Shropshire, the women were walking home from Woodford underground station to Ewanrigg Terrace at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, March 7 when they were approached from behind by two men.
The first pushed the elderly woman to the ground grabbing her bag from her shoulder as she fell. At the same time the second man grabbed the younger woman's handbag before running off with his accomplice towards Hillside.
