A four-year-old boy from Worcester Park proved he has the greenest fingers in the boroughs after winning a sunflower competition.
James Coley's entry in this year's Sutton in Bloom competition towered above the others after it was recorded at a staggering 4m 11cm, almost as high as his home in Cotswold Way.
James, who is a pupil at Cheam Common Infants School in Balmoral Road, was presented with a cheque for £50 while St Elphege's RC Junior School in Mollison Drive also won £50 for its entry in the schools category.
