Borehamwood businesswoman's salon is runner-up in beauty oscars

A BOREHAMWOOD businesswoman’s salon was runner-up at a beauty awards ceremony held last Monday.

Rebecca Lane, owner of Epitome Health and Beauty in Bushey, received runner-up positions for Employer of the Year, UK Beauty Salon of the Year and UK Therapist of the Year for the Professional Beauty Awards 2010 held at the London Park Lane Hilton Hotel.

Ms Lane, who originally opened the salon in Borehamwood in 2002, said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the fourth consecutive year at this event, the oscars of the beauty industry, and our success is down to the hard work, commitment and talent of our fabulous award winning team.”
