Mohammed Shabir in court over stabbing in Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe


A 46-YEAR-OLD man appeared in court today charged with stabbing a man in a High Wycombe street.

Mohammed Shabir, 46, of Lindsay Avenue, High Wycombe is charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Audrius Vaisnoras with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

He is also charged with having with him in Dashwood Avenue an offensive weapon, a folded pocket knife.

He appeared at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court.

The incident happened in Dashwood Avenue at about 4pm on Wednesday.

Police yesterday said Mr Vaisnoras, 30, was in a serious but stable condition in Wexham Park Hospital, Slough.

Shabir was remanded in custody to Aylesbury Crown Court to April 1.
