STRESSED residents are invited to a free relaxation talk in Enfield this afternoon.
The informal lecture will provide advice on methods to reduce anxiety and cope with the pressures of modern life.
It will take place at the John Jackson library, in Agricola Place, Bush Hill Park, from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
