A 30-year-old from Gravesend has been fined £60 and had three penalty points added to his licence after pleading guilty to using a mobile phone while driving.
James Lye, of Suffolk Road, was sentenced at Faversham and Sittingbourne Magistrates’ Court on March 2, after the court heard he used the phone on August 20 while driving in Tonbridge.
