AN ELDERLY woman had a lucky escape when the car she was driving flipped over after colliding with a BMW.
The motorist, who is believed to be 82-years-old, was driving along Page Heath Lane, Bickley, on Friday afternoon when the incident happened.
Eyewitnesses to the incident say the woman’s silver car struck the front wing of the BMW before overturning at around 2.15pm.
The woman was taken to hospital by ambulance but is not believed to have sustained any major injuries.
