VISITORS to Valentines Mansion will get the chance to step back in time and meet its Victorian inhabitants this weekend.

To celebrate the first anniversary of its renovation, the mansion, in Emerson Road, will offer visitors the opportunity to meet some of the people who lived and worked there during the 19th century.

There will also be a sung tribute to famous housekeeper Mrs Beeton, as well as traditional card making for Valentine's Day.

The event takes place on February 13 and admission is free.
