Family information day at a Watford children's centre

Children can climb aboard a fire engine or practice their balls skills with Watford FC during a family information day.

Berrygrove Children's Centre will host the event at the Meriden Community Centre, in Garsmouth Way, Garston, where parents can find information and advice about Watford Credit Union, family support, JobCentre Plus, West Herts College, Watford Women's Centre and other organisations.

For children, there will be the chance to meet local firefighters and police officers, and visit animals at a travelling farm.

The event takes place on Thursday, February 18, from 10am to 2pm.
